Half the Sky chapter seven continue.One reason women died in childbirth has to do with anatomy,arising from two basic evolutionary trade-offs... I strongly believe if prudence had gotten Medical attention sooner when arrived at the hospital perhaps her death could have been prevented,regardless of  what major  factors are.She suffered too much,got infected,and died as a result of Dr.Pipi ignorance.Not because of  neglected human being in its care, not on that case.Her family took her to the Hospital,but then Dr.Pipi wants more money after he got the money he went home without doing nothing for her what a horrible Doctor.When he eventually decided operated her it was too late that  is exactly what happened in prudence case.
